To initiate a move, transfer or disposal, the <a href=\"https:\/\/home.hamptonu.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Disposal-form-1.pdf\">University Transfer and Disposal Form <\/a>must be completed and emailed to <a href=\"mailto:inventory@hamptonu.edu\">inventory@hamptonu.edu<\/a> and cc <a href=\"mailto:Truckingservices@hamptonu.edu\">Truckingservices@hamptonu.edu<\/a>.&nbsp; Once asset control approves, the move, transfer or disposal will be scheduled.&nbsp; No university assets can be moved, transferred or disposed of without approval from the asset management team, which reports to AVP Hazel Thomas.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1c72a4c elementor-hidden-desktop elementor-hidden-tablet needs<\/li><li>Is catering\/food needed for this event<\/li><li>Should the menu be scaled back to reduce costs?<\/li><li>Will the event generate revenue (Summer Conference, potential donor, funding
