all events that will require alcohol, must also be approved through Auxiliary Enterprises.\u00a0 To initiate approval, please email <a href=\"mailto:shera.willis@hamptonu.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">shera.willis@hamptonu.edu<\/a>\u00a0and provide the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Food vendors must submit applications at least 10 days in advance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alcohol-related applications must be submitted at least 21 days in advance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Background information regarding the event (Conference, fundraiser, event, etc.):&nbsp; The more details you provide, the better we can understand your needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What type of alcohol will be served (beer, wine, spirits)?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Who is providing the alcohol (external entity or will you need the University to purchase)?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Who is the designated person who will be filing for ABC
