Welcome to the Hampton University 2025 Graduate and Professional School Fair Registration! The Graduate and Professional School Fair provides an opportunity for students to network with schools from across the country to explore graduate studies, fellowships, special programs and scholarships.<\/p>\n

All registered schools will be featured in the Graduate and Professional School Fair Virtual Profile Book. Each registration includes an 8\u2019x6\u201d booth, 1 table, 2 chairs and a  7\u201dx 44\u201d school sign. Lunch will be provided for all registered representatives.<\/span><\/p>

Payment<\/span><\/p>

The registration fee for the fair is $200.00. All major credit cards are accepted (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover). A credit card payment may be made at the time of registration (online) or called in to the Career Center office at 757-727-5331<\/a>. Checks are also accepted. Please make checks payable to: Hampton University Career Center.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>

All payments must be made on or before the date of the fair, November 5, 2025. <\/strong><\/p>

Refunds | Late Payments | No Shows<\/h2>

Refunds requested\u00a0on or before October 17th<\/sup><\/strong>\u00a0will receive\u00a0a full refund<\/strong>.
Refunds requested\u00a0after October 17th<\/sup><\/strong>\u00a0will be\u00a0charged a registration fee<\/strong>.\u00a0
Refunds requested\u00a0after October 24th<\/sup> <\/strong>will result in\u00a0no refund<\/strong>. This includes “No Shows<\/strong>“.<\/p>

Network Connection<\/h2>

Representatives who need internet access will have to provide their own laptop computer. Anti-virus software with up-to-date virus definitions must be installed and active.<\/p>

Materials<\/h2>

Please ship your Graduate and Professional School Fair materials so they arrive no later than November 5, 2025<\/strong>. Your materials will be delivered to a designated area for retrieval on the day of the event. Make sure your school name is clearly visible on each item shipped.<\/strong> Materials are to be shipped to the following address:<\/p>

*Attending representatives are responsible for packaging and arranging pickup for remaining materials. <\/strong>All labeled and repackaged materials will be placed in a designated area for pickup. <\/strong><\/i><\/p>

Parking<\/h2>

On-campus parking is directed by Hampton University Police. School representatives may set up as early as 11:00 a.m.<\/p>
