COURSE DESCRIPTION:<\/td>Focus is on ways to structure the quasi-legal instructor-student documents, which outlines the main points in a course of study known as the course syllabus.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
COURSE OVERVIEW:<\/td>The one-hour presentation is structured with anecdotal and physical examples of course outlines. Participants are provided with sample formats on which they can write to develop a syllabus of their own choice. <\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
COURSE OBJECTIVES:<\/td>By the end of this hour, using the illustrations provided and materials distributed, each participant at 100% level, will be able to:

\n 1. Construct a clear course syllabus about some topic area with which to instruct other persons.
\n
\n 2. State the legal validity of the syllabus has been upheld in case law when students sued teachers for unfair grading as breach of contract.
\n
\n 3. Evaluate own course syllabus for completeness, accuracy, and need for revision in order to meet requirements of a contract with students for what is being taught.
