class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4><strong>BIO<\/strong><\/h4><p>Dr. Qiang Le is an associate professor in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at Hampton University. She received a Ph. D. degree in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology (\u201906) , M.S. in Computer Information Science from Clark Atlanta University (\u201902), and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Beijing University of Aero. and Astro. (\u201995). \u00a0She served as PI in a NSF engineering education grant and PI in ARL grant for the multi-modal sensor fusion and multiple target tracking project in the proximity sensor network. Currently, she is the co-investigator for the NASA ULI project \u201cEmission &amp; Absorption Spectroscopy Sensors for Hypersonic Flight Control\u201d.
