BIO<\/strong><\/p>

Otsebele E. Nare is an Associate Professor in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at Hampton University. He has served on multiple roles at Hampton University that include Interim Department Chair, Program Director and Principal Investigator of several programs. Has extensive experience and interests in STEM pipeline issues and engineering education as well as research in the application of system level synthesis techniques and multi-objective optimization. He was the 2019 Hampton University E.\u00a0L. Hamm Sr. Distinguished Teaching Award recipient.\u00a0 He earned his Bachelor of Science, Master of Engineering, and Doctor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Morgan State University. He is a member of ASEE, IEEE, ITEEA, and Tau Beta Pi.<\/p>
