Hampton University’s Employee Self Service offers employees a convenient web-based platform to access and manage their HR-related information, including payroll, benefits, and personal details.

Regular Employee

Using Employee Self Service, you’ll easily be able to view and print:

  • Leave
  • Earnings
  • Pay
  • Benefits – Must contact benefits coordinator for more information (not viewable in Phase I)
  • Taxes
  • Job summary
  • Employee summary

Administrative Pay Employee

Using Employee Self Service, you’ll easily be able to view and print:

  • Employee Summary
  • Personal Summary
  • Employment
  • Organization Summary
  • Salary
  • Tax
  • W-2 Data
