Hampton University Virtual Career Fair Registration<\/h1><\/div>

February, 10 2022 Career Fair<\/h3>

Welcome to the Hampton University 2022 Virtual Fall Career Fair Registration!\u00a0<\/p>

Our career fairs are a great way for organizations to connect with students and alumni, and this year there are two options available: in-person and virtual; once all available booths are reserved, all other attendants will participate virtually.\u00a0 The fair is from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and the cost is $400 for non-profit organizations and $600 for all other employers.\u00a0<\/p>

The registration and pay processes are completed separately.<\/p>

Registration<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

  1. If you have an employer Symplicity log-in: Register from within the system \u2013 visit the employer login page on Pirate Link<\/a>, enter your username\/password then click on \u201cEvents\u201d and then click on \u201cCareer Fair\u201d to register.<\/li>
  2. If you do not have a Symplicity log-in: Register externally by going to Symplicity<\/a>.<\/li><\/ol>

    Payment <\/strong><\/span><\/p>

    All major credit cards are accepted (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover).\u00a0 A credit card payment may be made at the time of registration (Pay Online<\/a>) or called in to the Career Center office at 757-727-5331.\u00a0 Checks are also accepted. Please make checks payable to:\u00a0 Hampton University Career Center<\/u><\/strong>. Pay here (pay link).<\/p>

    Full payments must be made by the registration deadline on Tuesday, September 20, 2022.\u00a0 Previous balances must be paid before registering for the 2022 Virtual Fall Career Fair.<\/strong><\/p>

    Career Fair Participants<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

    Any number of company representatives may attend the fair; each representative should have their own hosting link (Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Zoom, etc.) which should be indicated in the registration on PirateLink\/Symplicity.<\/p>

    Refunds\/No Shows\/<\/strong>Late Payments<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

    Refunds requested on or before September 8, 2022 <\/strong>will result in a full refund<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>

    Refunds requested on or before September 15, 2022 <\/strong>will result in being charged 50% of the registration fee<\/strong>.<\/p>

    Refunds requested after September 15, 2022 <\/strong>will result in receiving no refund<\/strong>. \u00a0This includes \u201cNo Shows<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>

    Materials<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

    If you choose, you may send \u201cswag\u201d to the Career Center at 2 Frissell Avenue; Hampton, VA 23668 and it will be distributed to students.
