The Office of Advancement has developed a new suite of resources to foster a robust culture of philanthropy across the Hampton University community. These new tools, now available on our website, include how-to guides for planned giving, e-courses on grant writing for faculty and staff, and a special report on crowdfunding for alumni networks. These resources are designed to empower every member of our community—from alumni to faculty and friends—to contribute to our shared mission and the upcoming Capital Campaign. The university is dedicated to a culture of giving that ensures Hampton’s financial stability and continued excellence for generations to come.

“Creating a university-wide giving ethos is not just a strategic goal; it is a necessity,” says Chief Advancement Officer, Dr. Marc Newman. “These new resources will empower every member of the Hampton family to participate in our mission, laying the groundwork for a successful Capital Campaign that will define our future.” For more information or to access these resources, click the “Get Involved” tab on this website.
