must provide the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A completed application for admission including the non-refundable fee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Official transcripts from all institutions previously attended. The remaining applicable documents above are already included in the CDCAS application and do not need to be resent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Doctor of Physical Therapy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the PTCAS application, students applying to this degree program are required to complete the Graduate College application. The remaining applicable documents above are already included in the PTCAS application and do not need to be resent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">5-Year Master of Business Administration:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Completion of the bachelor\u2019s program at Hampton University\u2019s JTG School of Business in Business Administration and permission of the Department Chair.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Two letters of recommendation, preferably from a professor in the School of Business or the student\u2019s concentration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum cumulative undergraduate GPA of 3.25; cumulative GPAs under 3.25 require a GMAT score of at least 400.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If your cumulative undergraduate GPA is below 3.0, you are not eligible to apply to the program.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Track A-Bachelor\u2019s Degree earned December, begin MBA January<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Application deadline date \u2013 November 1st.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Qualifying GPA will be based on the Summer cumulative undergraduate GPA of the previous SCHOOL year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you do not have a qualifying cumulative undergraduate GPA, you must take and pass the GMAT and receive a minimum score of 400 by October 31st.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Track B- Provisional Admission-Bachelor\u2019s Degree in May, begin MBA in the Summer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Application deadline date May 15th.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Qualifying undergraduate GPA of 3.25 is based on your current Spring cumulative GPA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you do not have a qualifying cumulative undergraduate GPA of 3.25, you must take and pass the GMAT and receive a minimum score of at least 400 by May 14th.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Students on this track MUST complete their graduate-level internship in the SUMMER (immediately after earning their bachelor\u2019s degree) to officially begin the program. There is no FALL start for this program. If you do not have an internship for the SUMMER, you must withdraw from the program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The maximum number of credit hours that an applicant can transfer into the graduate program is nine credits; the transfer of credit occurs after the applicant is fully admitted into the program. Please note that your undergraduate cumulative GPA does not carry over into the Graduate College.
