The Administrative Assistant provides direct administrative support to the Dean of the Graduate College and supports the Graduate Counselor, Graduate Admissions Coordinator, and Graduate Admissions Counselor as directed by the Dean of the Graduate College.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Duties and Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure the Graduate College is open and ready for daily operation at 8:00 a.m.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access voice mail and email upon arrival and throughout the day, to make certain applicable action is taken in a timely manner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide front line customer service support in a professional and courteous manner via in person interactions, phone conversations, and email correspondence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage an effective and efficient filing system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Process internal and external forms\/documents (i.e., travel, purchase orders, office supplies, etc.).
