After scheduling an appointment, please fill out your active registration and insurance forms in the portal to expedite your visit. For any additional questions or assistance, please contact the Health Center at 757-727-5315.<\/p><h4><strong>Meningitis<\/strong><\/h4><p>The <strong>Meningitis<\/strong> vaccination requirements are based on the current CDC guidelines that require documentation of <strong>two<\/strong> conjugate vaccines (A, C. Y. We also assist with referrals as needed. Medical care is provided by board certified providers. The staff includes medical doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, a certified health education specialist, a medical laboratory technician and medical office professionals. Beginning on 12\/14\/2021, student prescription records from Hampton Health Mart Pharmacy will be available at Walgreens located at 3326 West Mercury Blvd, Hampton, 23666. Prescriptions will be available at this location, but can be filled at any Walgreens pharmacy. Prescriptions may be filled at any pharmacy of your choice. The Hampton University Student Health Center does not prescribe or write out prescriptions for controlled substances.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If you&nbsp; have any questions, please give me a call at 757-727-5316.<\/p>\n<p>Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:00 am &#8211; 5:00 pm during the academic year and summer.
