The position requires extensive communication with prospective students and parents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Greet customers in the Office of Admission<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respond to incoming telephone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Direct calls and visitors to appropriate individuals for immediate follow-up and response<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in the daily operations of the Office of Admission to ensure excellent customer service is delivered to prospective students and parents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>High School Diploma or GED<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>College degree and\/or experience in college or a university admission office is desired, but not required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Demonstrate excellent oral communication and organizational skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The candidate will be responsible for meeting and greeting visitors in the Office of Admission and responding to a high volume of incoming telephone calls.
