Review all work (as indicated below) to ensure it is completed efficiently and correctly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Duties:<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Annual Budget Preparation including Board Book<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Process budget transfers and waivers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform budget availability checks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with Department Heads regarding requisitions and budget balances<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain quarterly allocation report<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Process travel advances &amp; audit travel expense reports<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resolve expense overages and shortages letters<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain and reconcile endowment accounts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establish and maintain index and fund numbers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Post daily cash bags<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reconcile ADS gifts and clearing account<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reconcile all bank accounts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain and reconcile Blue Book Accounts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Input journal vouchers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Process utility invoices for payment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Process local (inter-departmental) purchase orders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Input AR<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other duties as assigned by the Chief Accountant, Associate Comptroller and Assistant Vice President for Business Affairs and Comptroller<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting or related field from four-year college or university with a minimum of 2-3 years of<br>experience with supervisory responsibilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be able to work well with others in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Senior Staff Accountant will supervise and monitor the general accounting staff.
