\u00b7 Answer inquiries regarding programs, admissions requirements, and financial aid options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Collaborate with the marketing team to organize recruitment events and webinars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Assist students in completing necessary application forms and gathering required documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Identify collaboration opportunities with external organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Maintain accurate records of student applications and admission status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Track and report on enrollment data to meet targets and improve processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all applicants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Coordinate with Executive Director to align recruitment efforts with department goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Conduct follow-up with prospective students to provide additional support and guidance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Attend college fairs and outreach events to promote programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\u00b7 Bachelor\u2019s degree or 3 years of experience in Education, Business, or a related field<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 At least 2 years of experience in admissions, enrollment, or student services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Strong communication and customer service skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Familiarity with higher education admissions processes, especially in workforce development or allied health programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Experience working with diverse student populations is a plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
