This leadership role is critical to ensuring that clinical services run efficiently, meet regulatory standards, and align with the university\u2019s mission to provide high-quality, holistic care to students, faculty, and staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a grant-funded position.\u00a0 Continuation of the position is contingent upon the continuation of related grant funding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Clinic Operations &amp; Budget Management: Oversee daily clinic functions, ensuring efficient service delivery and fiscal accountability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Credentialing &amp; Claims: Manage provider credentialing and insurance claims processes, ensuring compliance and timely reimbursement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Compliance &amp; Protocols: Ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, accreditation); support development and implementation of clinical protocols.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Data &amp; Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation, lead data analysis, and generate reports to support performance and compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Project &amp; Resource Management: Lead clinic projects and quality initiatives; manage supplies and vendor relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Problem Resolution: Identify operational challenges and implement effective, compliant solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Other duties assigned by the Dean<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Master\u2019s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field (required).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 3\u20135 years of experience in medical or wellness clinic administration, including provider credentialing and insurance claims management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Proficient in EHR systems, medical billing software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations, medical billing, compliance standards, and clinic operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in patient care and workplace practices<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Program Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Wellness Clinic, a key division of the University\u2019s Integrative Wellness Center.
