\u00b7 Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Provide exceptional patient counseling and medication therapy management<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Oversee inventory, ordering, and workflow optimization<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\u00b7 Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in Virginia<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 2+ years of retail or community pharmacy experience (leadership preferred)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Passion for patient-centered care<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Experience with a range of pharmacy software<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\u00b7 Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Must meet state pharmacy licensing or certification requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
