Wellness & Food Inclusivity
At Thompson Hospitality, wellness is at the heart of the LUXELIFE™ experience. We know dining isn’t one-size-fits-all, which is why we continue to expand our Food Inclusivity™ program across campuses.
This year, we introduced a new Nutritional Awareness Dining Guide [luxelifedining.com] to help students with food allergens or dietary preferences confidently navigate their dining options. We’ve also expanded our “Don’t Be Shy, Self-Identify” [forms.office.com] self-identification program, empowering students to share their dietary preferences and schedule a personalized tour with their campus dining Luxe Leaders. These resources ensure every student feels seen, supported, and safe when making food choices.
In alignment with our Luxe Jet destination of Greece, this month’s wellness highlight is the practice of mesimeri — the Mediterranean siesta. Research shows that short midday rest breaks reduce stress, improve productivity, and contribute to overall heart health. It’s a reminder that wellness is about more than food — it’s about creating balanced lifestyles that allow our campus communities to thrive.

This trend is why our innovation roadmap continues to scale technologies like delivery robots, self-service lockers, and mobile ordering platforms, while also introducing proprietary restaurant brands that give students the same excitement, they’d find off campus.
