Join us from 12:30–4:30 p.m. on June 10th at the Science & Technology building for an engaging, half-day Migraine & Brain Health Conference that blends practical education with a welcoming, community-centered atmosphere. Hosted by Hampton WellNest, this event brings together medical and behavioral health perspectives to better understand and manage headaches and migraines.

Sessions will explore brain health and aging, including the relationship between migraines and long-term cognitive risk, as well as the impact of stress and mental health on headache frequency and severity, with opportunities for audience engagement throughout. Attendees will also have access to on-site health screenings—including blood pressure, glucose, cognitive and balance assessments, hearing screenings, and spine screenings provided by a chiropractor—along with a community partner fair and light refreshments.
