Starship Robot Delivery
Let lunch come to you. Starship delivers food directly to your building’s doorstep, so you can stay warm, stay focused, and keep moving through your day without interruption.
How to Order: Starship Robot Delivery
- Download the Starship App
Available in the App Store and Google Play. - Set Your Location
Select Hampton University and confirm your delivery location (office building, academic building, or
approved drop-off point). - Choose Your Restaurant & Meal
Browse participating campus dining locations and place your order. - Track Your Robot in Real Time
Watch your Starship robot travel across campus right to your location. - Pick Up at Arrival
When the robot arrives, unlock it through the app and enjoy your meal — no need to step outside
longer than necessary
Online Ordering with Locker Pick-Up (Student Center)
Short on time? Order ahead and skip the line. Your meal will be securely placed in a locker and ready when you are — quick, efficient, and hassle-free.
How to Order: Locker Pick-Up via the Transact App (Student Center)
- Open the Transact App
Use the Transact mobile app already connected to your Hampton credentials. - Select Mobile Ordering
Choose a participating campus dining location offering locker pickup. - Choose “Locker Pick-Up” at Checkout
Select the Student Center lockers as your pickup option. - Order Ahead & Skip the Line
Place your order on your schedule — perfect for busy workdays. - Pick Up When Notified
You’ll receive instructions when your food is ready. Head to the Student Center, access your locker, and
grab your meal
