Hosted by Hampton WellNest, this event brings together medical and behavioral health perspectives to better understand and manage headaches and migraines.<br><br>Sessions will explore brain health and aging, including the relationship between migraines and long-term cognitive risk, as well as the impact of stress and mental health on headache frequency and severity, with opportunities for audience engagement throughout.
