Missing Personal Emergency Plan Information and/or Parental Email

Providing your Personal Emergency Plan information helps the University stay in contact with you in the event of an emergency situation. Providing the email address of your parent or guardian helps us reach you in the event we cannot contact you through normal circumstances. Your courses will be dropped if you do not provide the information below:
