Healthy Communities&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>A grant from the National Institute on Minority Health and Health Disparities (NIMHD) has positioned Hampton University to take a quantum leap to close the gap in Minority Men\u2019s Health Disparities.&nbsp; Passionate about their innovative research and technology, HBCU researchers work together emphasizing the collective power to improve the quality of health that empowers minority men to live well.&nbsp; The results will be sustainable for all Americans\u2014healthy men transform to healthy families and healthy communities create a healthier
