With a deep background in adult, geriatric, mental, and women\u2019s health, her career reflects a strong commitment to underserved communities. She is the founder of Her Padded Truth, a nonprofit providing eco-friendly menstrual hygiene products to homeless women locally and abroad, as well as Her Padded Youth, a program educating school-aged children on menstrual health. In 2019, she launched Convenient Healthcare VA, a family practice dedicated to communities of color, and in 2021, she founded Ruach Counseling and Associates, a mental health firm that partners with churches to address mental illness in faith communities.
