It is a convenient, cashless way to pay on Campus. The Pirate Power card may be used at the Student Center Food Court, Bowling Alley, Gift Shop, Clearwater Laundromat, University Cleaners, University Bookstore, and the Harvey Library.<\/div><div>The Pirate Power card is a student\u2019s passport to life at Hampton University.\u00a0 It is a pre-paid, stored value account that is tied into their student university ID card.\u00a0 It is a convenient, cashless way to pay for goods and services on campus.\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0The Pirate Power Card can be used at the University Collegiate Store, University Cleaners, Harvey Library and all the shops and restaurants in the Student Center.\u00a0 The Pirate Power Card can also be used for payment at most vending machines on campus. The Pirate Power Card may be used at the Tropical Smoothie and Subway in the Hampton Harbor complex and the CVS Pharmacy located at 401 East Mercury Blvd. The Pirate Power Card is used for shuttle services to the Peninsula Town Center, Wal-Mart and Walgreens.<\/div><div>Pirate Power Accounts are automatically set-up once a student has been accepted to the University.\u00a0 However, to activate the card a student would need to make a deposit of at least $1.00.\u00a0 The maximum that can be deposited at one time is $500.00.\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0Pirate Power deposits can be made by mail, in person or online.\u00a0 Pirate Power deposits can be made in person at the Cashier\u2019s office located on the 1st floor of Whipple Barn.\u00a0 The hours of operations are from 8:30 a.m. \u2013 4:00 p.m.\u00a0 Pirate Power deposits made in person can be accessed within one hour.\u00a0 Pirate Power deposits can also be made online by logging into the <b>HamptonU Experience<\/b>.\u00a0 Web deposit can be accessed immediately.<\/div><div>\u00a0If a student\u2019s Pirate Power Card is lost or stolen, the student can log into their online account and freeze the account themselves or call the Pirate Power office for assistance.\u00a0 The card will be deactivated and a new card will be issued.\u00a0 There is a charge to reissue the card.\u00a0 Funds left on the account at the end of the semester will roll over to the next semester.\u00a0 <b>At no time are cash withdrawals allowed. <\/b>The Pirate Power office is located in Whipple Barn, room 105.\u00a0 The office hours are from 8:30 a.m.\u00a0to 4:00 p.m.<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e11f859 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"e11f859\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Student Business Services PIRATE POWER &#8211;
