The services provided by ECSI benefit both student loan borrowers and Hampton University. Loan accounts will be reported to the credit bureaus by ECSI, on behalf of Hampton University. <strong>You as the student loan borrower are responsible to update your address with ECSI, as well as with Hampton University while you have an active student loan with Hampton University<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><br \/><strong><br \/>How to Access your Student Loan and ECSI provided services.<\/strong><br \/>ECSI provides student loan borrowers access their accounts online at <a href=\"https:\/\/heartland.ecsi.net\">https:\/\/heartland.ecsi.net<\/a>. Through the ECSI website, a student loan borrower can verify when payments are received, update address and phone information, check their account balance, obtain loan payoff amounts, sign up for electronic billing, and make payments. Forms can also be downloaded for deferments, forbearance requests, etc. ECSI will provide a PIN number that allows only the borrower to access their confidential account information. ECSI offers multiple payment options (ACH\/EFT, credit\/debit card, as well as check\/money order) for all borrowers.
