by a personal statement detailing the reasons for professional choice;<\/li><li>Two letters of recommendation addressing the applicant&#8217;s moral character and suitability for a physical therapy career, one letter must be written by a licensed physical therapist;<\/li><li>All science prerequisites must have been completed within the last eight (8) years.<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>Please Note:<\/strong> <span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">Prerequisite courses in progress must be completed by June 30th prior to fall semester enrollment. An updated transcript should be sent to PTCAS. Anatomy and physiology can be taken as a combined course only if the two part sequence is completed (4 credits and lab for each).
