noopener\">Assistant Professor of Marine and Environmental Science at Hampton University. <\/a><\/span><a class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Before HU, Joe was a<\/a>\u00a0<span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><a class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\" href=\"https:\/\/spire.unc.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SPIRE<\/a><\/span>\u00a0Postdoctoral Scholar at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the <span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><a class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\" href=\"https:\/\/fodriefishecol.wixsite.com\/unc-fish\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Institute of Marine Sciences with the Dr. Joel Fodrie&#8217;s Estuarine and Fisheries Ecology Lab.<\/a><\/span>\u00a0Joe earned his Ph.D. from Texas A&amp;M University- Corpus Christi with the SMEE lab. Prior to Texas bays and estuaries, Joe worked within the rocky-intertidal of his home-state of California.
