Keisha Taylor Starr is a marketing enthusiast with 20+ years of media experience across news, sports, and entertainment. She joined Scripps Networks, a subsidiary of The E.W. Scripps Company, in January 2022 as the division\u2019s Chief Marketing Officer where she currently leads brand marketing and creative services for nine television networks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prior to joining Scripps Networks, Keisha served as the SVP of Marketing & PR for digital news startup, The Recount. There she led the brand\u2019s expansion into new content verticals and the go-to-market strategy for the company\u2019s various products including the podcast network, app, newsletter and website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Keisha formerly served as the SVP of Integrated Marketing for Learfield IMG College where she focused on developing revenue-generating collegiate sports marketing sponsorships. Additionally, she spent a decade with WarnerMedia (formerly Turner Broadcasting), leading award-winning teams across CNN and the TNT and TBS networks. Before joining WarnerMedia, Taylor began her career as an Assistant Account Executive for BBDO ad agency in Atlanta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Keisha\u2019s portfolio of work has garnered numerous industry accolades. She was selected as a \u201cGame Changer: Women in Sports Business\u201d by the Sports Business Journal and her work has also been highlighted in Advertising Age\u2019s list of the \u201cTop 15 Global Marketing Stunts\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Keisha is a graduate of Hampton University. She has served on several industry diversity councils and committees. She is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
