While Pete the Pirate can resolve many of your questions on the spot, Hampton University recognizes some matters call for a real person. Pete the Pirate is built to recognize those moments in conversation and will connect you directly with a human staff member.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Messages that Pete the Pirate sends are reviewed during the University\u2019s business hours. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. If you would like to speak with a staff member you can say, \u201cI would like to speak with someone in Financial Aid\/Student Business Services\u201d. Pete the Pirate will send your question directly to someone who will respond with further assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pete the Pirate will assist you in making an in-person or virtual meeting with staff from Financial Aid and Scholarships and Student Business Services offices.
