How to Change or Unlock your Password:
Students and faculty, if you cannot log into a campus computer (or If you are locked out) and need to change your Infotech password
Call ATM Helpdesk : 757-727-5959
If you are locked out, or need to reset your password contact HelpDesk at the number above.
Password Requirements:
Passwords must be At least 12 characters, including at least 2 upper-case, 2 lower-case, 2 numbers, and 2 special characters
After Hours, send an email message for assistance. Staff will respond to your message as soon as someone is available.
