REMINDER: Hampton University will move to Banner 9 Essentials on the weekend of
Friday, 30 October (5 pm) through Monday, 2 November 2020 (12 noon)
Administration, Staff, Faculty, or Students WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS to the System to include Self Service
until UPGRADE is COMPLETE on 2 Nov 12 Noon
Banner 8 will no longer be AVAILABLE effective 30 Oct 5 pm.
This is a MAJOR UPGRADE of BANNER to its current version
Upgrade verification will occur on 1 Nov at 3 pm by our Testing Teams.
Final connections and corrections will occur up to 2 Nov 12 Noon
ALL processing (of any kind) using Banner must be completed by 5 pm on 30 Oct
to include: Self Service, Finance, Payroll, Human Resources, Financial Aid,
Registrar, Alumni, Purchasing, Faculty, and Student related, etc.
