Shuttle Buses Guide

Arriving by Shuttle: The Easiest Way In

Our top tip: park off campus and ride the shuttle. You skip the campus traffic, you don’t have to hunt for a parking space, and you arrive closer to the fun.

Shuttle Bus Service Dates and Times

  • Friday, October 23: 3PM – 11:59PM/Midnight
  • Saturday, October 24: 11AM – 7PM

Step 1: Park at a Remote Shuttle Hub

Parking lots open at 8AM on Friday, Oct. 23.

  • Hampton Coliseum: Park in the Hampton Coliseum/Convention Center lots. This is a good choice if you’re coming from across the region.
  • Downtown Hampton: Park in the area of Downtown Hampton. This option is very close to campus.

Step 2: Board the Shuttle

  • Hampton Coliseum: Board the shuttle after parking at the Hampton Coliseum to catch a ride to campus.
  • The Landing (Downtown Hampton): Park in Downtown Hampton and catch the shuttle in front of The Landing hotel to get a ride to campus.
  • Shuttle Bus Stop A (Harvey Library): Use this shuttle stop for main campus activities. From here, follow the yellow walking signs or hop on a Campus Go golf cart.
  • Shuttle Bus Stop C (Strawberry Banks): use this shuttle stop for Strawberry Banks and The Escape. It drops you near the action on the VA/Mallory Street side of campus, so you won’t need to walk across the whole campus.

Shuttle Tip: Board and leave the shuttle only at marked shuttle stops.

Riding the Shuttle Back

  • Return shuttles run the same routes in reverse, from campus back to Hampton Coliseum.
  • Leaving Strawberry Banks or The Escape at night? Extra shuttles run from Shuttle Bus Stop C until Friday, October 23 at 11:59PM/midnight.
