Parcel Tracker

Hampton University now uses Parcel Tracker to track/notify any packages received for Students!

When a package for you is received from the Carrier for delivery to the University Central Warehouse: It is scanned by Central Warehouse personnel and you will immediately be notified with a PARCEL TRACKER email containing QR code and the number of packages at the Central Warehouse facility for pickup. Please direct any issues or questions to HUParcelTracker@hamptonu.edu

Note: When collecting your package, please be sure to bring your HUID and the QR code sent in the email.

Pickup Facility:
Phase I – Central Warehouse

Open for Pickup Hours:
Mon – Fri 8:00AM – 10:00 AM AND 12:00PM – 4:45PM

Phase II – Mailroom – Stone Bldg

Any MAILROOM package received from Shippers will be dropped off at Dorm Halls after 10 am. Dorm Managers will distribute to students.
Any MAILROOM package that cannot be dropped off at the dorm will be available at the Mailroom at Stone Bldg.

Mailroom pickup hours: Monday – Friday 10 am – 3 pm

You will be notified if the package is at the MAILROOM separately

Addressing Mail

When addressing mail and packages please remember to include the recipients full name as shown on HUID card ( 8 digit HUID number). If the HUID number is not known, please include the Dorm Hall/Room number. Always use the complete mailing address of Hampton University. Please note that items received missing any part of the address information may be subject to delivery delays. Failure to collect packages may result in “Return to Sender” action.
