Mending Minds

We hope that everyone is continuing to stay safe and grounded during this season of change and transition. Although we may not be able to meet in person for the remainder of the semester, the Student Counseling Center wants to remind our entire Hampton Family that we are here for you and you are not alone. We will be offering Wellness Wednesdays for the remainder of the semester. We will meet in Blackboard Collaborate at noon on Wednesdays starting on April 8th (see attached flyer). We will complete a mindfulness activity together like deep breathing or a guided meditation to help ground our emotions and continue to remain mentally healthy during this time. We hope that you will take 30 minutes from your week to join us on this journey toward mental wholeness and wellness.
