“The Team Builds Together”
The Hampton University Real Estate Foundation is a nonprofit 501c3 that manages all commercial and residential real estate holdings on behalf of the University. The Foundation oversees and is in charge of major renovations, facility maintenance, and daily operations.
In addition to managing, the Real Estate Foundation supports the University through real estate acquisition, development, and revitalization efforts for capital improvements.
