New Student Arrival Schedule
Greetings Pirate Family:
You are about to begin one of the most exciting times in your life! We’re very thrilled that you chose Hampton University and look forward to your arrival. To ensure a positive move-in experience, we respectfully ask you to adhere to the information below:
- At your scheduled time (see schedule below), arrive at HU Lot 11 to check-in before proceeding to your dorm. See this map with directions to Lot 11: “Directions to HU 2026 New Student Check-In“.
- Upon your arrival at Lot 11, you will be greeted by HU Security and student leaders. Students who are medically and financially cleared will receive directions to your residence hall and move into your assigned room.
- If you are not financially or medically cleared, you will park your vehicle in Lot 10 and be transported to HU’s satellite registration site. Please be prepared to finalize ALL requirements for medical and financial clearance at this time. Once completed you may report to your assigned residence hall.
