Hampton University Graduate and Professional School Fair Registration
Welcome to the Hampton University 2024 Graduate and Professional School Fair Registration! The Graduate and Professional School Fair provides an opportunity for students to network with schools from across the country to explore graduate studies, fellowships, special programs and scholarships.
All registered schools will be featured in the Graduate and Professional School Fair Virtual Profile Book. Each registration includes an 8’x6” booth, 1 table, 2 chairs and a 7”x 44” school sign. Lunch will be provided for all registered representatives.
Hampton University remains open to visitors. Currently, visitors, guests, faculty, staff and students must be fully up to date on the COVID-19 vaccination which includes the primary series and booster or one bivalent booster and have the COVID-19 vaccination card available to present upon request. Hampton University remains committed to keeping the campus community safe and healthy and will continue to monitor the impact of COVID-19 on our campus. Any visitor who feels sick should NOT come to the campus.
Payment
The registration fee for the fair is $200.00. All major credit cards are accepted (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover). A credit card payment may be made at the time of registration (online) or called in to the Career Center office at 757-727-5331. Checks are also accepted. Please make checks payable to: Hampton University Career Center.

All payments must be made on or before the date of the fair, November 7, 2024.
Refunds | Late Payments | No Shows
Refunds requested on or before October 18th will receive a full refund.
Refunds requested after October 18th will be charged a registration fee.
Refunds requested after October 25th will result in no refund. This includes “No Shows“.
Network Connection
Representatives who need internet access will have to provide their own laptop computer. Anti-virus software with up-to-date virus definitions must be installed and active.
Materials
Please ship your Graduate and Professional School Fair materials so they arrive no later than the day before the fair. Your materials will be delivered to a designated area for retrieval on the day of the event. Make sure your school name is clearly visible on each item shipped. Materials are to be shipped to the following address:

*Attending representatives are responsible for packaging and arranging pickup for remaining materials. All labeled and repackaged materials will be placed in a designated area for pickup.

Parking
On-campus parking is directed by Hampton University Police. School representatives may set up as early as 11:00 a.m.
