Welcome to the Hampton University 2022 Virtual Fall Career Fair Registration!

Our career fairs are a great way for organizations to connect with students and alumni, and this year there are two options available: in-person and virtual; once all available booths are reserved, all other attendants will participate virtually. The fair is from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and the cost is $400 for non-profit organizations and $600 for all other employers.

The registration and pay processes are completed separately.

Registration

If you have an employer Symplicity log-in: Register from within the system – visit the employer login page on Pirate Link, enter your username/password then click on “Events” and then click on “Career Fair” to register.
If you do not have a Symplicity log-in: Register externally by going to Symplicity.

Payment

All major credit cards are accepted (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover). A credit card payment may be made at the time of registration (Pay Online) or called in to the Career Center office at 757-727-5331. Checks are also accepted. Full payments must be made by the registration deadline on Tuesday, September 20, 2022. Previous balances must be paid before registering for the 2022 Virtual Fall Career Fair.

Career Fair Participants

Any number of company representatives may attend the fair; each representative should have their own hosting link (Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Zoom, etc.) which should be indicated in the registration on PirateLink/Symplicity.

Refunds/No Shows/Late Payments

Refunds requested on or before September 8, 2022 will result in a full refund.

Refunds requested on or before September 15, 2022 will result in being charged 50% of the registration fee.

Refunds requested after September 15, 2022 will result in receiving no refund. This includes “No Shows”.

Materials

If you choose, you may send “swag” to the Career Center at 2 Frissell Avenue; Hampton, VA 23668 and it will be distributed to students.
