RHODES
The oldest of the “prestigious scholarships.” Covers all graduate school expenses at Oxford.

RHODES COMMONWEALTH-CARIBBEAN
The oldest of the “prestigious scholarships.” Covers all graduate school expenses at Oxford. Specific district for international students from the Caribbean.

MARSHALL
Major award given by the British Government. It funds 40 American students annually to pursue graduate study in the U.K.

SCHWARZMAN
An exciting, new graduate scholarship funded by an American billionaire to send students from around the world to study in China.

GATES-CAMBRIDGE
Scholarship to fund graduate study at the University of Cambridge. Prize for people who “do well” and “do good.”

MITCHELL
Scholarship to fund U.S. students’ pursuit of graduate schooling in Ireland.
Apply in the senior year.

TRUMAN
A premier scholarship for undergraduates who see themselves as “change agents” and who want to make a difference in public policy.
Apply in the junior year.
Advisor and future applicants Open House will take place 9/24/25 at 2pm in which the 2026 applications will officially open. Applications are due by 2/3/26.
BOREN
Undergraduate prize which funds student interested in studying “critical and less commonly taught” languages.
All levels of students may apply.

GOLDWATER
An undergraduate scholarship for S. T. E. M. students who plan for careers in research and who intend to pursue the PhD degree.
Apply in the sophomore or junior year.
Applications open on 9/2/2025 and applications are due by 1/30/2026. Open House for campus representatives are held every Wednesday at 4pm (first session is 8/20/2025).
UDALL
Undergraduate award for students who demonstrate a strong record of support for the environment.
Apply in the sophomore or junior year.

FULBRIGHT (E.T.A.)
A wide range of fellowships and awards to foster cultural understanding and peace. Awards take U.S. winners abroad and bring foreign scholars to the U. S.
All level of students, and faculty may apply.

LUARD MORSE
A generously funded opportunity for HBCU students to study in the U.K., courtesy of the English-Speaking Union.

GILMAN
This undergraduate award is for Pell Grant – eligible students who need funds for study abroad.
All level of students may apply.
Applications now open for abroad programs and internships starting 12/1/2025-10/31/2026. Applications due by 10/3/2025. (October and March annually).
UNCF/MELLON MAYS UNDERGRADUATE FELLOWSHIP
A grant funded pipeline of instructional, mentorship and academic activities for “minority” undergraduates who intend to pursue the PhD degree with the sole intention of becoming faculty members. Freshmen may inquire. Apply spring of the sophomore year.

VOYAGER SCHOLARSHIP
The Voyager Scholarship helps students pursue careers in public service by providing access to barrier-reducing financial aid, travel experiences, a network of leaders and mentors, and programming designed to support them as they refine their vision for the type of impact they plan to make. The Voyager Scholarship is administered by The Obama Foundation. Airbnb will provide Airbnb travel credits and other support to participants. This Scholarship is for finishing sophomore year and applicants should be considered “juniors” based on the total number of earned credits at their institution or having two years of full-time enrollment remaining before earning your Bachelor’s degree.
