Program Manager- Pharmacy

The Program Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Wellness Clinic, a key division of the University’s Integrative Wellness Center. This leadership role is critical to ensuring that clinical services run efficiently, meet regulatory standards, and align with the university’s mission to provide high-quality, holistic care to students, faculty, and staff.

This is a grant-funded position.  Continuation of the position is contingent upon the continuation of related grant funding.

Job Duties:

· Clinic Operations & Budget Management: Oversee daily clinic functions, ensuring efficient service delivery and fiscal accountability.

· Credentialing & Claims: Manage provider credentialing and insurance claims processes, ensuring compliance and timely reimbursement.

· Compliance & Protocols: Ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, accreditation); support development and implementation of clinical protocols.

· Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation, lead data analysis, and generate reports to support performance and compliance.

· Project & Resource Management: Lead clinic projects and quality initiatives; manage supplies and vendor relationships.

· Problem Resolution: Identify operational challenges and implement effective, compliant solutions.

· Other duties assigned by the Dean

Qualifications:

· Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field (required).

· 3–5 years of experience in medical or wellness clinic administration, including provider credentialing and insurance claims management.

Requirements:

· Proficient in EHR systems, medical billing software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations, medical billing, compliance standards, and clinic operations.
