Early in his career, he managed one of the largest class action, racial discrimination suits that had ever been brought at that time. Attorney David learned labor relations from both sides of the bargaining table, representing a union of 15,000 workers. He now exclusively represents management.
Personal injury litigation is another specialty of Attorney David’s practice. He has prosecuted a wide variety of personal injury cases, ranging from wrongful death, products liability, and complex injury cases to more routine automobile accident cases.
Throughout his career, Attorney David has gained appellate experience having handled appeals in the United States Supreme Court, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of Virginia.
Conducting sophisticated estate planning/estate administration in his practice, Attorney David’s emphasis is on asset protection and planning through trusts, including multi-generational planning, in addition to the reduction of estate tax liability.
