Re: COVID-19 Vaccinations
The memorandum from Dr. JoAnn Haysbert, Chancellor and Provost, and Mrs. Doretha Spells, Vice President for Business Affairs and Treasurer, dated April 6, 2021 indicated that COVID-19 vaccinations would be required for all Hampton University faculty and staff. To assist the University community with gaining access to vaccines, the Hampton University Mobile Health Unit will be administering the Pfizer and/or Moderna COVID-19 vaccines from April 20, 2021 through April 22, 2021 and April 27, 2021 through April 29, 2021. Appointments will be required. To schedule an appointment, please visit the Hampton University website.
The Mobile Health Unit will be parked in Lot 21 for each clinic session. This is the parking lot across from the Scripps Howard School of Journalism and Communications. We encourage all faculty and staff who have not been vaccinated to take advantage of this opportunity.
