Mr. Wampler is a Licensed Professional Counselor and the Assistant Director of the Student Counseling Center. He graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and from Regent University with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. His therapeutic career has focused on working with college students. His clinical areas of interest are men’s mental health, self-compassion, emotional awareness, and depressive symptoms. Mr. Wampler is also a registered supervisor and oversees the training programs within the Student Counseling Center. When Mr. Wampler is not in the office, he enjoys walking his dog, being out in nature, and spending time with friends.
