Dr. Crystal B. Taylor
Dr. Crystal Taylor has a B.B.A. from Hofstra University, a M.Ed. from Regent University and a Ph.D. in Career and Technical Education from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Dr. Taylor has taught Foundations of Education for Liberty University, has served as an Associate Professor in the Department of Management at Hampton University, has held adjunct faculty appointments at Virginia Peninsula Community College, formerly Thomas Nelson Community College, Averett University, and Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. In 2017, Dr. Taylor retired from her position as the Supervisor of Career & Technical Education (CTE) from Newport News Public Schools.

Ms. Whitehead served as the HU School of Nursing dissertation editor from 2002 – 2012.
