The Client Technology Services office is your first stop for IT support at Hampton University. We assist with login and password issues, troubleshoot common technical problems, and help faculty, staff, and students acquire new IT equipment such as computers and printers. This office is dedicated to ensuring your technology experience is smooth and efficient.







Digital Transformation Services leads the modernization of technology systems across the University, offering strategic support and consultation for IT-related services. The office drives innovation to enhance operational efficiency and elevate the digital experience campus-wide.

Enterprise Application Services oversees the management and analysis of data within Ellucian Banner, supporting Hampton University’s administrative operations. This office ensures data integrity and provides insights that drive informed decision-making across the institution.





Infrastructure Technology Services ensures the reliability and efficiency of Hampton University’s core IT systems. This office manages system operations, email services, and system integrations to support seamless communication and connectivity across campus.


IT Security Services safeguards Hampton University’s digital environment through proactive security training, comprehensive risk and threat analysis, and strategic vulnerability mitigation.

Media Productions provides comprehensive broadcasting, audio and video services, livestreaming, and event recording for the University. The office also manages the installation of classroom technology to support dynamic learning and campus-wide communication.





Network Communication Services manages the wired and wireless network infrastructure across campus, ensuring fast and reliable internet access. This office supports seamless connectivity for academic, administrative, and residential functions.



Web & Digital Services oversees the creation and maintenance of the University’s websites, manages DocuSign accounts and training, updates university mobile applications, digital signage, online forms, and facilitates the setup of SharePoint sites.
