Today, Chef Boothe channels that knowledge through Elite Culinary Group, his food service training and consulting firm, where he mentors and equips culinary professionals and businesses for success. Backed by an MBA and over 20 years in the industry, he’s expanded his mission beyond the kitchen to make a lasting impact in the community.

As the founder of ONES (Offering Necessary and Effective Solutions), Chef Boothe provides culinary and professional training programs designed to foster economic growth, workforce readiness, and sustainable careers.
