Credit/Debit Cards – (EFF January 1st, 2025) Non-Refundable Payment Processing Fee 2.95%/$3.00 Minimum
Make online payments through PiratePay Portal. The University accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express card payments. Currently, all debit/credit card transactions are not being assessed a payment processing fee.
Beginning January 1, 2025, a non-refundable processing fee by TouchNet, our third-party payment processor will be assessed on all Credit/Debit Card payments. The processing fee is 2.95% of the total payment amount with a minimum processing fee of $3.00.
