Two Hampton University Scripps Howard School of Journalism and Communications Students Named ESPN The Undefeated Rhoden Fellows

HAMPTON, Va. (June 23, 2021) – Hampton University Scripps Howard School of Journalism and Communication seniors Keion Cage and Kianah Robinson-Chery have been named Rhoden Fellows. Cage and Robinson-Chery will participate in the fifth class of the Rhoden Fellowship – a one-year sports journalism internship program with ESPN’s The Undefeated that identifies and trains aspiring African American journalists. This Rhoden Fellowship began Monday, June 7, and lasts through the conclusion of the 2021-2022 academic year. Cage and Robinson-Chery are the sixth and seventh members of the Rhoden Fellowship from Hampton University’s Scripps Howard School of Journalism and Communications.
