Join Professor Julia Wilson and get a jumpstart on your careers in journalism and strategic communications by becoming one of 10 select students from the Scripps Howard School of Journalism and Communications to participate in an exclusive multimedia “bootcamp” hosted by the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) (See more: https://journalism.csis.org/).
The FREE VIRTUAL weeklong program will start on August 20 and end on August 27, 2021, and is designed to give you a “deep dive” into understanding global issues and the nuances of international reporting and strategic communications. This special program connects rising journalism and strategic communications professionals with multimedia producers and policy experts to help you learn how to tell pressing stories from around the globe. It is supported by the Stavros Niarchos Foundation.
Upon completion of the program (there are no grades), you will receive a financial award.
